Attorney Joanne Peppard is a life-long resident of Stark County, Ohio and has been an active member of Canton’s legal community for more than a decade.  Her extensive experience in the areas of accounting, taxation, finance, and consumer bankruptcy, afforded her the unique opportunity to serve as a Chapter 7 Trustee (the Federal Government’s representative in bankruptcy proceedings), a position she held from 2001 through 2006.  This experience has given her a valuable “behind the scenes” knowledge of consumer bankruptcy from the Trustee’s perspective.

A wife and a mother, Attorney Peppard is a sympathetic and caring advocate for her clients, who understands the emotional and financial pressures Ohioans face each day in our struggling economy.

Attorney Peppard is a member of the Stark County, Ohio, and American Bar Associations, and Co-Chairs the Young Attorneys Group of the Stark County Bar Association.
